1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 8r88 platform, registering an account, or placing any bet, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform.

3 KYC Verification

8r88 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and as part of ongoing account monitoring. 5 Bonuses and Promotions

8r88 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including a welcome bonus for new registrations. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. The standard wagering requirement applicable to 8r88 bonuses is 30x the bonus amount unless the promotion page states otherwise. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail for that promotion.

8r88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, multi-accounting, or exploitation of system errors will be voided and associated winnings confiscated. 8r88 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 8r88. Any breach may result in immediate account suspension, closure, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Colluding with other players to fix, manipulate, or guarantee the outcome of any game, bet, or sporting event on 8r88.
• Using any software, bot, script, or technical exploit to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Depositing or attempting to deposit funds derived from illegal activity, including fraud, theft, or money laundering.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the 8r88 platform — including software, text, graphics, images, logos, game interfaces, and overall design — is the proprietary intellectual property of 8r88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You must not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without 8r88's prior written consent. Unauthorised use of 8r88's intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8r88 and its directors, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or game errors caused by technical faults beyond 8r88's reasonable control.

8r88's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the 30-day period immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not affect liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Disputes and Complaints

Complaints submitted more than 3 months after the relevant event will not be investigated.

13 Amendments to These Terms

8r88 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept revised Terms, your sole remedy is to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance in accordance with these Terms.

14 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 8r88 operates a platform for the Bangladesh market and acknowledges the regulatory context in which its Bangladesh-based players operate. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be severable from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
